Lesser Striped Swallow

Hirundo abyssinica

Size: Up to 17 cms long
Habitat: Mostly lowland areas
Feeding: Insects

The Lesser Striped Swallow is a medium-sized swallow. It is quite distinctive with an orange head. The underparts are white with black streaks. The upper parts are blue/black.
